As he does routinely, Leland fit the problem with my Metris van into the service schedule and came up with a solution to the issue. It was not the outcome I was hoping for. BUT it was the best solution Metris van into the service schedule and came up with a solution to the issue. It was not the outcome I was hoping for. BUT it was the best solution to a problem that had its origins in after market work that was done on my van when I bought it. The problem was NOT in any way Leland’s responsibility but he took ownership of it and came up with a solution that will work for my long term needs. The best of the best. I own a Rolls Royce and i know what quality service and expertise looks and feels like. The Albuquerque Mercedes team is as good as RR Scottsdale. Service was excellent and I had a loaner car. It took almost 3 weeks to fix my car, because the part had to come from Germany.
