His exemplary Customer Service is the only reason I'm not suing Freeman Mercedes-Benz for negligence. During this entire ordeal, Javier was amazing. He always took the time to listen to my rants, eased my concerns and was very sympathetic to my plight! He was always available to me and I don't have any idea how I would have gotten through this without him. It may be just car to most people but Javier knew how much our van meant to us, that it was our dream. Having it blow the engine at 28,000 was unfathomable, and Javier recognized that. I felt like I wasn't just another customer with a problem. He was consistently pleasant and professional! Freeman Mercedes is lucky to have have him as the face for your service department. Thank you Javier. Our van is still broken and is now in the hands of San Diego Mercedes-Benz. Hopefully they can fix what your service department failed to do! More
