Thank you for caring about the longevity of the product you create. Thank you for doing things the right way. And thank you the most for employing people like Robert Fletcher at Audi of Albuquerque. About a week ago, I was at my wits end, starring at a $4,200 bill, and considering selling my car. You see, after a series of unfortunate events I, like many others in this economy, lost my job. I was faced with the previously incomprehensible decision of selling my car for fear it would only continue to cause me financial strain. I voiced my concerns with the Service Manager, Robert Fletcher of Audi of Albuquerque, and he worked with Audi of America to find a solution that was not only tolerable fiscally, but would give me peace of mind that I would continue to enjoy what I often call my Christmas day car for another 85,000 miles. I call her my Christmas day car not because that is when I purchased her, but because every time I look out the window and see her, it feels like Christmas day. Robert Fletcher assured me that the utmost care would go into piecing back together my engine, and any high mileage carbon deposits would be cleaned away to assist in preventing future damage to the engine. The assurance of a job well done and the pledge of preventing potential problems is exactly what keep me an Audi customer. My Sincerest Thanks More
I have purchased several new cars in the Albuquerque area. It can be hard to find a dealer with staff who truly know their product and can convey that knowledge to their customers. Everyone I encounte area. It can be hard to find a dealer with staff who truly know their product and can convey that knowledge to their customers. Everyone I encountered at Audi of Albuquerque was kind, professional and new their product. Audi buyers shop around. They know the market. They have high expectations and Audi of Abq delivered on this expectation! Mas Yao did an excellent job in sales. He is informative and supportive. The dealership itself is newer, bright and attractive. It reinforces the quality of the brands sold there. I highly recommend this dealership for a positive buying experience. More

They worked hard to negotiate with us on the car we wanted. They were and are a class act. Gary also explained every detail of each component of the car. He was more knowledgable than any other car s wanted. They were and are a class act. Gary also explained every detail of each component of the car. He was more knowledgable than any other car sales person I have ever dealt with and this is my 5th Mercedes. Extremely good follow-up, they returned calls when they said they would. I wish they were in Santa Fe, but my experience with their service has been extremely good too, so I am willing to go to Albuquerque when necessary - which with a Mercedes is not often. More

Stopped in at the Audi dealer first to look at the A4's on a whim. the salesman was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to address my needs. My second visit started with internet conversations on a whim. the salesman was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to address my needs. My second visit started with internet conversations with Jon, who was also very helpful. They did work with me on the price and I was able to get the right car. We had brought our 3 girls with us- no issues whatsoever. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. great experience overall. The only negative I can report (about Audi at least, didn't spend much time at MB) was a lack of selection on the lot. it is a small dealer, so we had to order the car from Audi. More

Excellent Customer experience at Porsche of Albuquerque! Don Shanning is the consummate professional; friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, experienced and caring. He has far exceeded my expectations. I call Don Shanning is the consummate professional; friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, experienced and caring. He has far exceeded my expectations. I called him cold in April 2010, prior to moving from IL to NM, to inquire if the dealership would accept delivery of my 911 from the transporter service I had contracted, since the car would arrive several days before me. Don not only agreed to accept delivery, but advised the 911 would be kept locked and stored inside the dealership until I arrived to collect it. When I did go to pick up the car, it had been washed and dried, with all operating systems checked, all fluids topped off, etc., without charge. When I offered to pay for everything, Don simply said, "Welcome to New Mexico." Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful. This type of service was not a one-off, either. I recently returned to the dealership with what turned out to be a minor repair covered by warranty. Before contacting the service department, I called Don and explained the problem I was experiencing. He did some research and passed this along to service, then arranged for transportation while my 911 was in the shop. Having owned four Porsches purchased from three separate dealerships over the years, I can honestly say that the treatment I receive from Don Shanning and Porsche of Albuquerque is "first class." If you are considering purchasing a Porsche vehicle, or in need of having your Porsche serviced or repaired, I would highly recommend contacting Don Shanning and stopping by the dealership in Albuquerque. Took my Porsche there (they also have a Porsche dealership next door) several times to have the top fixed, along with other minor issues. The last time I took it in they kept the car for 7 days to dealership next door) several times to have the top fixed, along with other minor issues. The last time I took it in they kept the car for 7 days to make warrantly repairs. Finally, I went to the dealership to find out what is going on with the car and found it sitting in the back lot unlocked and with bird poop all over it. He said the car was repaired, which it was certainly not. The top is still broken and after researching the issue on one of the forums I was able to identify the problem after no more than 10 minutes in my garage. I was livid that they kept the car for so long and obviously did nothing with it. As a result I will never go back to them for anything and will do all my business in Denver from now on. It's a pitty that one dealership can ruin the brand so badly. I just wonder how many warranty repairs they billed the manufacuture with no intent to actually fix the problem? Perhaps I should send a note to the state agency responsible for dealerships? Stay away from this place at all costs. You will get better service with a ford focus than a Porsche in Albuquerque. This is an honest assessment since I gave them multiple opportunities to fix the car. More
