I am surprised at the number of good reviews for this location as this dealer has provided to me by far the worst service I have received in over 10 years and as many service locations. We have been twice and both times received lackadaisical service. For instance, we were given no paper copy of our work order, and no price estimate without asking (Of course. You don't care if own a Mercedes, right?). We were given a vague estimate of time of completion of service that turned out to be wrong - and were not told until almost close of business that the car would not be ready - that was me calling them, not them calling me. Again no firm estimate of when the car would be done. When the car was finally ready, I was expected to call and schedule my own shuttle service (wow, luxury treatment!). It took an hour for me reach the shuttle service and another hour before I finally picked up my car. When I arrived, my service rep barely noted my arrival and let someone else take care of me. Only when we were pretty much done did he ask if I needed anything and gave me a fake "Take care/Goodbye". The only good thing about this entire experience was that my car got a wash and the shuttle drivers were friendly. I don't about everyone else, but I expect much more from a place called Mercedes. We will never go again if we can help it. More

I would caution buyers to be extremely weary of buying any service plan for an Audi for several reasons. Primarily, the sales staff will act as if the service plan is fantastic and justifies why you shoul any service plan for an Audi for several reasons. Primarily, the sales staff will act as if the service plan is fantastic and justifies why you should purchase your vehicle from a licensed dealer at a higher price point than going to an independent dealer. Having said that, they are very non - specific about what your service plan entails, but when you begin to use your plan to service the vehicle all of the details about when you can get the oil changed, when the scheduled general maintenance can be done, etc. begin to come out of the "wood works". It then becomes apparent that not only did the sales person not have any clue about the details of the service plan he so vigorously sold you but also has no authority to resolve the situation as problems arise. Further, the number of staff in the service department is small and inexperienced, at least on Saturday mornings. So, if you are a busy professional who can only come in on weekends and encounter issues it is difficult to find someone to resolve the situation in general and when you do find someone (whether over the phone or in person) that individual likely will not be able to help. The vehicle is great, I would recommend an Audi to any one considering a luxury vehicle. But, if you can find a better deal outside of the Audi dealer seriously consider it because I have yet to see the benefits I was promised. More

I was at the Dealership in February for Maintenance B and worked with Leland. He said my valve covers had an oil leak and I should make an appointment in the not too distant future to have these fixed. We worked with Leland. We were there on June 8; I thought the dealership did a great job fixing the leak and replacing the gaskets. About a week ago, I was at my wits end, starring at a $4,200 bill, and considering selling my car. You see, after a series of unfortunate events I, like many others in this economy, lost my job. I was faced with the previously incomprehensible decision of selling my car for fear it would only continue to cause me financial strain. I voiced my concerns with the Service Manager, Robert Fletcher of Audi of Albuquerque, and he worked with Audi of America to find a solution that was not only tolerable fiscally, but would give me peace of mind that I would continue to enjoy what I often call my Christmas day car for another 85,000 miles. I call her my Christmas day car not because that is when I purchased her, but because every time I look out the window and see her, it feels like Christmas day. Robert Fletcher assured me that the utmost care would go into piecing back together my engine, and any high mileage carbon deposits would be cleaned away to assist in preventing future damage to the engine. Stopped in at the Audi dealer first to look at the A4's on a whim. the salesman was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to address my needs. We had brought our 3 girls with us- no issues whatsoever. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. great experience overall. The only negative I can report (about Audi at least, didn't spend much time at MB) was a lack of selection on the lot. it is a small dealer, so we had to order the car from Audi. More
