Upon visiting Mercedes Benz of ABQ I was treated to the customer service to which I was accustomed. In short I decided to purchase a new Mercedes. Billy Hines was an excellent sales rep. He and Stu (sales mgr.) were most accommodating regarding test drives, trade-in value, etc. There were no excessive sales phones calls or pressure. They were willing to work with me regardless of a decision to purchase or maintain my current Mercedes. In essence we developed a business relationship focused upon the long term and not simply the sale of another automobile. More
Worst experience ever! I'm surprised at any good reviews I'm shocked at any good reviews this dealership got. I came to Albuquerque from Columbus Ohio and had received the best sales experience with Mercedes I'm shocked at any good reviews this dealership got. I came to Albuquerque from Columbus Ohio and had received the best sales experience with Mercedes dealership in Columbus Ohio. Mercedes should ideally have exceptional service for the product they make, just like I had received in Columbus Ohio. Instead this dealership "Mercedes of Albuquerque" sucks! I had the worst sales experience! Vic Rosenthal was the worst salesman anyone could have asked for! Apart from horrible customer service overall, he even refused a test drive saying that we need to schedule an appt for that because he is busy. Who the f says that to customers, worse yet at Mercedes. I just bought my brand new lexus from "lexus of Albuquerque" and I swear it's the best dealership in town I have dealt with. If you really really want a Mercedes, please go to Santa Fe or elsewhere. Don't waste ur time with Vic Rosenthal and with Mercedes of Albuquerque. I wrote an email and got no response from them. Sad to say they don't care. Neither do I... But I want people to know what they are getting themselves into if they are going to stick with this dealership. Please just try to avoid this dealership and their rudeness if you can. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! More

I had no bothersome calls the next day which was refreshing. I was out of town a few days later and recieved a call from Stuart to offer me an amazing price on the car I test drove. I said yes and a few days later stopped in for the PURCHASE and 30 MINUTES LATER was out the door and on my way home, and (my salesperson Jon Chestnut) delivered my new MERCEDES to my house the next morning! This is a wow service and dealership in my book! Every 1-2 years I buy a new car due to driving over 30k miles a year . As most of us know, it can be an all day debacle in trying to make an auto purchase these days. If you are like me and do not have 4-6 hours in a day to waste trying to get through an auto purchase, then I suggest you try Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque. More

The salesman gave excellent advice about which accessories were worth adding and he found me a car quickly. The price was extremely reasonable and he has continued to answer all of my questions as they come up about how to operate features on the car. I love my new car and would definitely purchase from Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque again!!! More
I was treated with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and respect from initial visit to final delivery of vehicle. All staff members were very knowledable, understanding, courteous and all displayed a v and respect from initial visit to final delivery of vehicle. All staff members were very knowledable, understanding, courteous and all displayed a very high level of professionalism. I am looking forward to any interactions that I might have with this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who was interested in purchasing either a new or used vehicle. I gave this dealership the rating I did because of my experience in purchasing a vehicle from them compared to the several dealerships I have dealt with over the past 40+ years. Most of the dealers I have dealt with in the past are only interested in selling you a vehicle and were not considerate to my needs and expectations. It was so much more enjoyable to deal with Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque. I have every ounce of confidence that as I re-visit this dealership for service to the 2010 Mercedes SLK300 that I will receive the same genuine courteous, professional and understanding whenever I take the vehicle in for service or have questions and/or concerns. I feel very confident that this dealership will listen and understand my concerns or questions and will do everything within their abilities to satisfy all of my needs and concerns. Sincerely, James R. Sandoval More

Leland seems to be of the mentality that customer service is something you get at a different dealership not Mercedes Benz. I have been into the service department three times since 1/8/2013 and each time is something you get at a different dealership not Mercedes Benz. I have been into the service department three times since 1/8/2013 and each time deal with Leland, yet each time I'm there he has no idea who I am or what I am there for regardless of the fact that we spoke the day before always for the same issue. There comes a time that you get so frustrated that at this point I want to scream from the rooftops DO NOT get a MB unless you're willing to drive out of state to get service. So disappointing to be so disrespected when all you want is for issues to be resolved with courtesy in a timely matter. Never mind I've been in three times for one issue and it can't get resolved. Please be forewarned and try to work with someone besides Leland or get service somewhere else. More
I lately purchased my third new Porsche 911 (in addition to one new Mercedes Benz). For many years, it has been a pleasure to do business with this dealership. I live in El Paso, TX, (no Porsche dealershi to one new Mercedes Benz). For many years, it has been a pleasure to do business with this dealership. I live in El Paso, TX, (no Porsche dealership here, and 290 miles away) and have to depend on a relationship based on mutual trust during purchase and when service is required, since nearly everything has to be initiated via phone or email. I found this kind of relationship at Porsche of Albuquerque. Their way of negotiating new vehicle pricings and trade-in values has always been very reasonable without even the slightest attempt of adopting some of the “horse-trade” practices of some other dealerships. The service department, in particular Dave Eberlein, has done everything possible to accommodate me so that there would be the least amount of inconvenience at my desired / required service dates. They always have a loaner car for me and have been flexible enough to schedule me, if necessary, for a 10:30am arrival (after a 4.5-hour drive to ABQ) and yet have the car ready for pickup at 2:30pm, which gets me home in time. Special kudos go to Don Schanning, who has, from the very beginning of our relationship, proven to be a highly knowledgeable, absolutely reliable and always available representative of his company. From test-drive to purchase (even airport pickup) and ANYTHING that might follow, Don has been there for me. I can’t recapitulate his personality any better than with the words PloveSantaFe has chosen on this site on 21 September: “Don is a rare jewel in the auto industry and I have never seen anyone better at what he does in any industry.” Indeed! I am surprised at the number of good reviews for this location as this dealer has provided to me by far the worst service I have received in over 10 years and as many service locations. We have been twic location as this dealer has provided to me by far the worst service I have received in over 10 years and as many service locations. We have been twice and both times received lackadaisical service. For instance, we were given no paper copy of our work order, and no price estimate without asking (Of course. You don't care if own a Mercedes, right?). We were given a vague estimate of time of completion of service that turned out to be wrong - and were not told until almost close of business that the car would not be ready - that was me calling them, not them calling me. Again no firm estimate of when the car would be done. When the car was finally ready, I was expected to call and schedule my own shuttle service (wow, luxury treatment!). It took an hour for me reach the shuttle service and another hour before I finally picked up my car. When I arrived, my service rep barely noted my arrival and let someone else take care of me. Only when we were pretty much done did he ask if I needed anything and gave me a fake "Take care/Goodbye". The only good thing about this entire experience was that my car got a wash and the shuttle drivers were friendly. I don't about everyone else, but I expect much more from a place called Mercedes. We will never go again if we can help it. More
I would caution buyers to be extremely weary of buying any service plan for an Audi for several reasons. Primarily, the sales staff will act as if the service plan is fantastic and justifies why you shoul any service plan for an Audi for several reasons. Primarily, the sales staff will act as if the service plan is fantastic and justifies why you should purchase your vehicle from a licensed dealer at a higher price point than going to an independent dealer. Having said that, they are very non - specific about what your service plan entails, but when you begin to use your plan to service the vehicle all of the details about when you can get the oil changed, when the scheduled general maintenance can be done, etc. begin to come out of the "wood works". It then becomes apparent that not only did the sales person not have any clue about the details of the service plan he so vigorously sold you but also has no authority to resolve the situation as problems arise. Further, the number of staff in the service department is small and inexperienced, at least on Saturday mornings. So, if you are a busy professional who can only come in on weekends and encounter issues it is difficult to find someone to resolve the situation in general and when you do find someone (whether over the phone or in person) that individual likely will not be able to help. The vehicle is great, I would recommend an Audi to any one considering a luxury vehicle. But, if you can find a better deal outside of the Audi dealer seriously consider it because I have yet to see the benefits I was promised. More
