Javier is a really nice salesman- let me start by saying that. Next, I wasn't thrilled with this service appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter 4500 RV for a couple of reasons. First, my tire pressure monit that. Next, I wasn't thrilled with this service appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter 4500 RV for a couple of reasons. First, my tire pressure monitor for the back passenger tire is not reading properly- says it is inoperative. The tech looked at it and said these are "third party tires" and he cannot do anything about it. These are the tires purchased with the RV- nothing I can do about that. He closed out the issue as something I have to either call the manufacturer of the tire on- or even the dealer I bought the RV from. Ug! Just fix it so it communicates to the Mercedes. The second issue was a ticking noise that he says is normal due to the DEF filter...ok. Last, I brought the RV in clean as I had just washed it. I specifically asked them to keep it inside if it started raining (we live in New Mexico, it rarely rains)...instead, they took it on a test drive in the pouring rain. Do you know how hard it is to clean up an RV?? They didn't care they handed me a dirty rig with absolutely none of the problems solved that I came in for- so frustrating!! Javier joked that he had to buy the tech lunch- as if it was a waste of his time. I was thinking he should have bought me lunch for all the work I had to do to clean the rig up AGAIN. Come on people, think about your customers!! More
