I was having issues with my AC and other things. Unfortunately, when I took it in to get checked out, none of the issues were present. Quite frustrating, to say the least. It was explained to me that apparently the AC compressor was "turned off", and it may have been myself who managed to perform that trick! My other issues were apparently "operator error" problems, and I was given a crash course on the proper method to perform the necessary actions to get the results I desired. I still have problems with opening the rear hatch with my foot, so I might as well just use the door button or the key fob button to perform that task. More

I took my sprinter in for air leaking from both doors. It took them 2 1/2 weeks on the 2nd visit to get it done. The communication was terrible.
