The Service Department, particularly Fred, provided a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and my car was ready when promised. Fred took the time to explain what was done in a very comprehensive and understandable manner. I would suggest improvement in two areas: 1. A loaner vehicle was available for me to use as the service required that my vehicle would be in the shop the entire day. However, to my surprise, the loaner car was dirty both inside and outside. I would suggest that the same pride go into ensuring that loaner vehicles are clean. The trunk space was unusable as it was used more for storing vehicle accessories. 2. As part of the service, my vehicle was washed. The workmanship that went into that was poor, to say the least. The windows were smeared and there were water drops everywhere on the body of the vehicle. It would have been better to have declined the car wash! More

Leeland is a friendly. The ML350 recall and transmission service were performed well. The GLE300d repair not so much well. The engine check light came back on again after I left the dealership. I don’t understand why the “transmission fluid temperature sensor” code was not addressed or replaced while the transmission service was being performed. I hope I don’t have to pay for the labor again to get it fixed. I also don’t understand why the fuel filter was not replaced at a minimum (plus the fuel pump if necessary) to address the “low gas pressure” code. Very frustrating and disappointing, I live 3 hours away in Farmington. Hope Benz Albequerque will make it right for me. Thanks—Moncef 480-703-4379 More

Mixed experience. Great reception and gave me a ride home. Nice people. As far as the actual service….let’s just say, I’m not impressed. Came in for a B service. Also asked to check a few things and I had a tail light out. Well they didn’t even acknowledge the things I asked about and didn’t mess with the tail light either. They did however, refill my Def tank (for 72 dollars) and give me a new wiper blade (for 80 dollars). Both of which I was never asked about. How can they see I need def on the screen but not the 3 brake light errors they had to clear once they started it up? I am not impressed. Let alone now my horn doesn’t work at all. I was just gonna let it all lie and forget about it but yall keep hounding me for a review so now you got it. I am no happy with my service. I’m happy with the people but yall are lacking in several areas. I’m mainly upset about the Def refill costing 72 bucks when I can do it myself for 25 and the wiper blade. I didn’t even ask for that stuff. That’s shady no matter how you wanna try and look at it. What are you gonna do about my horn? I feel like yall should have caught that tail light too. Now I have to come back in and deal with all the transfers and all that again. Not really how I’d like to spend my free time. More
