While traveling through Abq our newly purchased sprinter check engine light came on for the third time during trip. We called Mercedes Benz abq. From the minute we got the sprinter desk at the dealership, check engine light came on for the third time during trip. We called Mercedes Benz abq. From the minute we got the sprinter desk at the dealership, Javier directed us to come in. He and his team fit us in without an appointment and diagnosed our problem. Told us it was covered and part would be in the following Monday. Once the part arrived they fit us in to their work flow and that Tuesday we were on our way. Many thanks to Javier Montes and Robert ( I never got his last name) the lead mechanic on the sprinter line. We got home from Albuquerque without further issues.
