Jaiden Wetsell's introduction to the car on delivery wasn't just excellent, it was exceptional. He has a rare ability to explain complicated topics in the fewset words possible and it greatly enhanced the experience of learning the car and appreciating its highly intelligent design. Joe aslo handled the paperwork in an expeditious fashion which I greatly appreciated. The only blip in the process was that the salesman failed to send the paperwork on time and had to be reminded which delayed the closing by 2 days. That quibble aside, I felt the Albuquerque dealership is funcitoning in top form and did an exceptional job. More

Everyone at Mercedes if Albuquerque was courteous and professional. The only complaint I had was the unexpected cost since I had a quote sheet from them for much less.
