I took my Audi in for service,I gave my extended warranty info, he stated it might be covered I was not informed about my vehicle i called several times. I can say that Billy Wing went above and beyond in helping me with the Sprinter Van that I purchased. I had contacted 10 different MB dealerships in 4 states. Billy was the only person to that made a helping me with the Sprinter Van that I purchased. I had contacted 10 different MB dealerships in 4 states. Billy was the only person to that made a great effort in helping me find the van I was looking for. Thank you Billy. Tina J. Helped me with the delivery of the van and picked me up at the airport. Thank you Tina for stepping in for Billy when I arrived. The only reason I did not give this rating 5 stars is that I had to spend about an hour on my own figuring out what things work in the van and setting up everything. It would have been nice for someone to guide me through this process. Overall a good experience. I can say if I am to purchase another MB vehicle, I would consider Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque again. Excellent experience from the time I arrived until my new Q5 was delivered. David Sierra asked all the right questions to understand my needs and anticipate my questions. When I received the vehicle, Brandon Q5 was delivered. David Sierra asked all the right questions to understand my needs and anticipate my questions. When I received the vehicle, Brandon made it easy to understand all of the bells and whistles, of which there are many new ones since I purchased my last Audi in 2013.
