I recently purchased a Mercedes GLE 450 from this dealership, and overall my experience was positive, though there were a few areas that could be improved. Diego was friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and took the time to understand exactly what colors and features I wanted. He worked hard to locate the right vehicle and was never pushy. I especially appreciated being offered an extended weekend test drive, which gave me the confidence to make an informed decision. Diego's professionalism and product knowledge made the shopping process enjoyable. I also want to recognize Brandon, the delivery specialist. He was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He made us feel comfortable with the vehicle and took the time to explain its many features. His professionalism and enthusiasm helped make delivery day enjoyable. The two areas that detracted from an otherwise positive experience were the sales manager and the paperwork process. Although my interactions with the sales manager were brief, I found his demeanor somewhat off-putting. He was not particularly friendly, and a few comments came across as mildly insulting, which left a negative impression. Additionally, the time required to complete the purchase was frustrating. After agreeing to buy the vehicle, I scheduled an appointment specifically to sign the paperwork. I explained that I needed the process to be efficient and was assured it would take about an hour. Instead, I spent nearly three hours at the dealership. Better preparation and respect for customers' time would significantly improve the buying experience. To the dealership's credit, they acknowledged the delay and provided some complimentary merchandise as an apology, which I appreciated. While it did not change the inconvenience of the wait, it demonstrated an effort to make things right. Overall, I am very happy with the vehicle and grateful for the efforts of Diego and Brandon. He correctly identified the issue and documented it as common to a number of R.V. manufacturers. We were able to convince our manufacturer that this was a problem so they could not only fix our motorhome, but change their production line to eliminate the problem from future units.
