Made a service appointment for our 2023 Sprinter (2025 Winnebago View) Sunday 10/11/26 from Balloon Fiesta RV Park; Yellow Engine Light & Limp Mode. Could not return to Las Cruces. Arrived appointment Monday afternoon. Multiple Sprinters awaiting service! Checked in with Kayla Anderson who downloaded Sprinter Data & turned me over to Javier Montes, the Sprinter Guy! Javier clearly detailed the actions to be taken & possible realistic outcomes. Indicated clearly that once a determination was made, he would phone me. Tuesday AM, Javier phoned me with the results of their work. Sprinter pickup either later in the afternoon or Wednesday AM. Tuesday afternoon, Javier phoned me; Sprinter ready to pickup. Javier & Kayla were most professional in their communication with me throughout the course of events, and, also very pleasant people. More
