Amazing Service Dept Took my ML350 in for service on the AC system. Compressor & Dryer needed to be replaced but they were honest enough to say that these 2 parts were th Took my ML350 in for service on the AC system. Compressor & Dryer needed to be replaced but they were honest enough to say that these 2 parts were the only thing needed. Had a constant problem with Check Engine Light and the service person was able to resolve the problem by simply replacing one fuse. Again, I was very pleased with their honesty. Car was ready to be picked up the next day. Thank you Very Much !! More

Break Service CLA250 I called to make an appointment and didn’t make it with my service advisor, however Dan whom I spoke with still took my appointment. When we arrived I I called to make an appointment and didn’t make it with my service advisor, however Dan whom I spoke with still took my appointment. When we arrived I asked for Dan and explain to him my issue with my car when I would put on the breaks I felt it was an wheel alignment issue, however he stated it sound like a break issue. Will since the car is a 2018 CPO With app byhat time a little under 20K miles I felt it couldn’t be the breaks. Well I was right but wrong. It wasn’t the breaks instead it was the Rotor, it seemed one was warped and caused the shimmy when I would apply the breaks. Now since I had gone over the mileage but not the years this would be a cost that I would have had to pay for. However the service manager decided to cover the full replacement. Long Service Department is as superb as their Sales Department. More
