Always have issues with scheduling service on line and when you go in for your service after receiving confirmation, they tell you they don’t have you on their books! We edited over two hours and while we were there there was two other men waiting on their car for over two hours that were very very mad about their service. Drove 2 hours for service here. Had appointment for loaner car. They did not have any when I arrived. Had to get a ride around town from a driver (great guy), this is what I expect at my local Honda d loaner car. They did not have any when I arrived.
