I stopped by Mercedes Benz of West Chester late two evenings ago to look at an ML350 I had seen on their website. It was exactly as described and even though I had arrived close to closing time, they t evenings ago to look at an ML350 I had seen on their website. It was exactly as described and even though I had arrived close to closing time, they took the time to let me have a test drive. After spending quite some time going over the vehicle, I decided to make the purchase for my wife. They were happy to accommodate and stay well past their normal closing time to start the paperwork. The pickup was scheduled for the following evening. When I arrived with my wife everything was ready, including an extensive familiarization session on every single vehicle function, yes everything in the various owner manuals. It also had a full tank of gas (26 gallons) and was so clean it looked new. As both my wife and I had arrived separately due to a logistic problem, we planned to leave her old vehicle at the dealership and pick it up the following day. No problem, Mercedes Benz of West Chester said they would drop it off at my house first thing the following morning, a 30 mile drive away. It arrived today around 8:00am. The moment I drove to Mercedes-Benz West Chester, I was greeted by Mr. Will Jones. It was raining and he kindly escorted me with his umbrella into the building. I found him to be especially kind and considerate, answering all my questions with honesty and integrity. He is a mild-mannered man that relieved the stress and tension of purchasing a new vehicle. I attribute this to not only his personality, but apparently the exceptional customer service training and years of service he no doubt received from Mercedes-Benz. I purchased my first MB C300 in 2010 and now have a 2014 E350. I have also referred two of my friends to Will and they are now the proud owners of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. They, too, will attest to his character and the friendliness of the MB family in West Chester. Had to tow my 2006 R350 in for an estimate, had a timing chain break with 102K miles. They didn't even take the car in their shop and wrote me an estimate of $11,813 for a new engine. I asked if there would be any help from MB of USA since they know they (MB) put in a faulty counterbalance sprocket (check the web) from the factory. They did a VIN search and found that I had bought the vehicle off Ebay instead of a MB dealer and told me @ 1:00 P.M. they wanted it off their lot by 8:00 P.M. requiring me to arrange a tow. TOTAL SNOBS!!!! Go somewhere else where they don't put out faulty products from the factory then they run you off their lot when you ask for some help! More

Do not take your car there for auto body repairs. My car was rear ended and the impact caused damage to the motor. My concerns were expressed at the time the car was taken in for service however nothing was was rear ended and the impact caused damage to the motor. We had to call the owner of the dealership just to get them to address the issue. David Alexander also told our insurance company the damages weren't caused by the accident which caused our claim to be denied. He also tried to charge us $650 for claims that where void due to bumper replacement so our cost should only be $250. I told my husband to go to Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati and I wish he had listen and that I was more persistent. We brought our car in West Chester and from day one we were treated poorly as if they were doing us a favor selling us a car. These people are very rude and arrogant so go to Mercededs Benz of Cincinnati for quality service! More
