Through the years, I have purchased many cars and always dreaded the experience and the “car salesmen" approach. One that is pushy, aggressive, in your face, and simply makes you want to exit the lot faste dreaded the experience and the “car salesmen" approach. With Mercedes-Benz, my experience was completely unexpected and it started with Lisa Hines, my sales rep. Lisa Hines initially responded to my online request for information. Her approach was well rounded because, she was interested in my needs, my decision process to approach Mercedes-Benz, and how my experience could help Mercedes-Benz provide more value to future clients. Lisa promptly scheduled a test drive and made sure that the day of our appointment; she was ready with the car that most closely matched my requirements. Her personal approach was unlike any car buying experience I have encountered in the past. She did not go for the hard sell and what struck me, was that she seemed to be able to read me and what I needed to know and understand. Not through spouting specifications and comparisons (though she was extremely informed about all features), but by focusing in on my driving habits and getting to know me on the personal side. This enabled her to make recommendations for features in my new car that would ENSURE the best Mercedes-Benz experience. Translated, Lisa listened. The unexpected: Lisa talked about why I liked my previous car, the Mini Cooper S Convertible, about my career experiences which lead to offering benefits that I did not even consider to be eligible for. She truly looked out for her client which (in my experience) is rare and makes me want to give her the title of Client Advocate and not Sales Rep. I have dreamt about owning a Mercedes-Benz since I was thirteen years old. Because of the quality of Mercedes-Benz, I will recommend to all interested, Mercedes. We have driven a variety of luxury cars over the last 25 years but this is the first time we have returned to the same dealership. My husband visited the dealership several times looking to replace my old vehicle. He worked with Patrick to find a vehicle that would fit our needs and price range. When they narrowed down our choices I came into the dealership with my husband for a test drive. Patrick showed me all the features and differences on the vehicles. He addressed any questions that I had and showed me alternate options. He was very knowledgeable about Mercedes and all the different choices that we could make. There was never any pressure and we were able to take our time and make the right choice. They stayed late after closing with us to get the paperwork completed and make sure I knew how all the features worked. This was a great car buying experience. The dealership is very clean, the staff is friendly and I would highly recommend starting your car search with this dealership. More
I came to the West Chester Mercedes Benz location looking to buy the new CLA 250. I had already been to "another" MB dealer closer to my home, but felt a little out of place. (Actually, the launch of the CLA to buy the new CLA 250. I had already been to "another" MB dealer closer to my home, but felt a little out of place. (Actually, the launch of the CLA in this price bracket probably brings a new, less affluent clientele, which might make us seem a little out of place). But I assume a new demographic in the customer base is exactly what MB was hoping to bring. Nevertheless, upon arrival at the West Chester store, we were warmly greeted by John Moore, who made feel very welcome and at home during every step of the process, demonstrating by his actions in each and every aspect of the sales process, that we would receive the complete and highest quality treatment that every Mercedes customer has come to know and expect from the world renown luxury car provider. All aspects of the process from selection, explanation of options and costs, ordering, delivery and inspection, and documentation processing were given the utmost attention. John Moore and all his management are definitely world class! More
