The vehicle was great Drove to West Chester MB from Indianapolis on a Thursday afternoon in March, 2014 to see a Lexus RX350 that I had found online. The vehicle was great. My wife loved it, and we decided to buy it. Since we had to go to our Indianapolis bank to get certified funds, we asked what deposit was required to hold the vehicle for a day. We were told that this dealership does not accept deposits on used vehicles and that if someone else came in to buy the vehicle before we got back, they would sell it to them. Not a good customer service policy. We had to take off work Friday, get to our bank when the doors opened and race back to West Chester. Ron Zullo, the sales associate we dealt with, was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and I believe he did everything he could to make our experience positive. The same can not be said for the person who sets the value the dealership will allow for a trade-in vehicle. His offer was less than 70% of other numbers we had received and the online blue book trade value. They budged only a little off that number. The listed price of the RX350 was competitive, but the trade-in made the overall deal not as good. My situation was that my wife loved the vehicle, and I couldn't find that specific interior combination elsewhere. So, that is how supply/demand works, but I don't have to be happy about it. Overall: Ron Zullo is excellent; the dealership is nice, but I wouldn't recommend trading in a vehicle here. More
