Worth The Drive West Chester Mercedes Benz was a farther drive but well worth it. Mr. Cooperstein was extremely helpful in getting the extended warranty switched over. I am a retired Air Force MSgt and know what it takes to get the job done and to provide the best service possible This dealership does just that. What a sub-optimal experience. Drove over 100 miles to purchase a used Lexus SUV from this MB dealer. Upon test drive, vehicle turned out to have malfunctioning side-view mirrors. While Brian Murphy attempted to work with me on an adjustment to the price, "Management" suggested that the price already reflected the condition. To add further insult to injury, even though I was prepared to write a check for the purchase, I was unapologetically advised that "Management" refused to accept my 'out of town' check and that I would have to finance the purchase if I wanted to buy the car. At no time before I arrived at the dealership was I told about their 'out of town' check policy. Unbelievable. What a terrible experience. I will never return. More
