While I was there I got to meet Patrick McClellan who was friendly and well informed on the vehicle that I was driving and was able to answers all of the questions that I had. During the purchasing process I didn't feel pressured and I felt like my business to them actually mattered and that I wasn't just another sale to meet a quota. I had the best experience leasing a car from your dealership this week. It was a pleasure working with your staff. I first contacted Jason Hackney, via email, on March 12 and requested a lease quote. He kindly provided the lease terms for the two cars I inquired. While traveling, I sent 4 questions regarding the terms of the lease. I was assured, via email, that my understanding was correct. I returned to Cincinnati and visited your dealership on March 23 and met with Jason. I fine gentleman, trustworthy, and with high integrity. He accommodated my request and switched the lease to the car I liked better. In the process, Andreas Burkert was most helpful in explaining the features of the cars, before I made my final decision.
