I can honestly say that my experience at Mercedes Benz of West Chest Buying a car is never easy. It is a large cash outlay and can be nerve wracking. I can honestly say that my experience at Mercedes Benz of West Chester was relatively stress-free. Within minutes of walking in the door, I was offered a drink and talking about what type of vehicle would meet my needs. A few minutes after that I was test driving one of the large selection vehicle’s in the dealership’s inventory. The pricing negotiation was straight forward and fair. Curt, the salesman, kept in touch with me while I was shopping other comparable vehicles at Porsche, BMW and Audi. Most importantly I never felt pressured. Michael in the financing office quickly pulled together a payment plan that had competitive rates. Again – he informed me about additional options (extended warranty, interior/exterior protection packages, etc.) without applying pressure. Jason, the sales manager spoke directly with me several times and made me feel like a “high priority” customer even though the vehicle I was purchasing was in the mid-range of what is available at Mercedes. Overall I had positive purchasing experience and walked away with an amazing vehicle for good price. More
