Great Customer Service Unfortunately, we had to scheduled a RECALL service, unexpectedly. Although we had to take time out of our busy day, we were provided a nice loaner car. Service Manager, Oscar communicated promptly, set expectations & service completed earlier than promised! We did asked for a complete inspection to ensure all our fluids were full and all good with our vehicle since we were going to take a long trip for the holidays. Oscar said it was all good, unfortunately, 2 hours into our trip the "check engine oil" light came on. Not what we expected. We were able to get to a service station and added 2 quarts of recommend oil to remedy the issue. More

Poor customer Service There is a huge lack of communication in this department. They don't care about you as a customer, they just want to get you out of there. No one th There is a huge lack of communication in this department. They don't care about you as a customer, they just want to get you out of there. No one there knows what is going on with your vehicle, they just transfer you to voice mail and you never get a return call or email until its time to pay up!! They go through service personnel like crazy, hardly ever deal with the same person twice. Unfortunately you have this as your dealer choice for service repairs. Highly recommend if you can choose another dealer store. This place is a joke! More

Unfortunately, this email i STILL WAITING FOR THE RESPONSE; Dear Mr. Kindle, I met you this morning to discuss SUV (GLB 250) for my daughter. Unfortunately, this email is all about the worst customer service I ever had in my 40 years of dealing with the Service Departments. I made an appointment on December 10, 2019 for Tuesday December 17, 2019. I needed to replace my head light and tail light which I requested when I made the appointment besides my other service including all check up. On December 11, I also called the parts department to make sure the parts were available or ordered. On December 12, I sent an email to Eric Bryer making sure that parts will be available. (Did not get a response) On December 17 brought my van and agreed to work with the dealership's convenience time to complete the job. On December 19, got call from Jennifer that the van was ready. Arrived at the dealership around 10 am and was informed that the van was not fixed because a part was missing, someone is picking it from Seattle. I was offered a loner car but then I was told that the part is only 15 miles away and it should take no more than 5 minutes to replace that. (so I decided to wait) Around 11 am I was told that there was a problem getting it fixed and it will be delayed further. So I was forced to take the loaner due to my time restrictions and also not sure as to when the van is going to be fixed. Around noon got a call from Jennifer that the van was fixed. It took me 90 minutes to get there due to the holiday rush. (I arrived at the dealership quite frustrated) I was told that all the tires were rotated, pressure was check all the fluids were OK. I specifically asked if the back light was fixed as well and she said yes. When I got to the car, the back light was never attended. It was still broken. I questioned Jennifer about the QA of her maintenance department She had the back light replaced and I left with the van. (3:30 PM) 15 minutes on the road the lights started flashing Tire pressures warning in the red zone (PRESSURE NOT CHECKED) Diesel Exhaust fluid empty. (FLUIDS NOT CHECKED) In a stormy weather I had to pull the van of the freeway. Find a gas station to get the air checked. (IT TOOK ME TO AT LEAST 6 GAS STATIONS TO FIND THE PROPER AIR STATION) I was soaking wet in this whole scenario. When I checked the Fuel Exhaust area it was all crystals around the cap and the tank was completely empty (Picture attached) Now 5:30 PM and just god back after getting the air fixed and the Diesel Exhaust fuel filled, soaking wet. Sent a text with the video to Jennifer and called her on her cell twice but no response. I have nothing further to say except do I really want to own a Mercedes ever. More
