Fantastic Service! Oscar, my service adviser was great! Had a few issues that needed to be taken care of, after a few inspections other things came up that needed to be Oscar, my service adviser was great! Had a few issues that needed to be taken care of, after a few inspections other things came up that needed to be taken care of. They needed the car all day to take care of these issues, I thought it would take only a couple of hours. He arranged for a loaner car and I could pick up at the end of the day. It worked out better for me than spending a couple of hours at the dealership. Dan O More

They took good care of me and my Mercedes. I wouldn't trust any other facility than the Mercedes dealership. They are nice even when you are stressed because your Mercedes is in service. Tire repair -- took 2 visits I had gone in because tire sensor said was low. Ended up having screw and needing new tire. (No warranty on new tire on new car--another story, didn I had gone in because tire sensor said was low. Ended up having screw and needing new tire. (No warranty on new tire on new car--another story, didn't purchase warranty when bought car but this is a Mercedes thing--for an expensive car, wouldn't you expect warranty on tires without purchasing optional coverage??) Anyway, drive away with new tire onto freeway with traffic and tire sensor alert goes back on!! Fight traffic to return to get back to service center--turns out they had not re-calibrated sensor to match back up with other tires after install of new tire. I would expect that thorough service would have performed that as part of protocol so that a return visit would not have been needed. More
