They are stealth in repairs. The customer service is better than any other luxury line I have worked with so this is very important. Oscar understands we have busy lives and those lives are catered around without hesitation. Visited Jaizon on stopping in, as I am getting ready for an upgrade fairly soon. I know that that service representatives have monthly quotas they must meet, which is a terrible disadvantage to the consumer. Look at this way: You spend millions of dollars to get customers into your dealerships so why piss them off when they do. Companies are judged by how they treat their customers after they have made their purchase. Consider Amazon and Nordstroms. I took the vehicle in because the Check Engine light came on. A sensor wasn't working and that turned into a $1,800.00 repairs. I hope the service representative met their sales quota. Since the vehicle is out of warranty, next time I'll get a second opinion elsewhere. There are x-employees of Mercedes who have opened their own shops. More
