My previous sales and service experience was with American Service Center("Mercedes Just Mercedes"). I decided I was going to buy my next Mercedes from Rosner because of the excellent service experie American Service Center("Mercedes Just Mercedes"). I decided I was going to buy my next Mercedes from Rosner because of the excellent service experience I always had when taking my 2001 C class in for service. Now enter Steve Smith of sales. It wasn't my intention to buy a new car when I did, but I texted him one late afternoon, that a particular car on the lot "spoke to me". Steve worked with me and we made a sweet deal, that's why I call my 2012 C 250 coup "sweetie". Steve is very knowledgeable and accessible, he goes beyound the call of duty. Steve called me one Saturday morning to see if everything was OK, and as luck would have it, at that very moment I was having trouble programming the blue tooth phone feature. (I thought I was smarter than a 5th grader and Steve did offer to do this before I drove off the lot.) Steve didn't hestitate for a moment and walked me through the process step by step and when I still didn't get it, he said come on in and he programmed the phone for me. When folks ask where did I got such a beautiful car I tell them to see Steve Smith at Rosner Mercerdes-Benz of Fredericksburg. I jokingly tell Steve I need a residual fee (because even though there is a Rosner bracket on the car people still ask). I originally went in to get my older Mercedes repaired. After inspecting my car there was a significant amount of work that needed to be done so I decided to trade my car in for a new one. Steve Smith did not once pressure me into getting anything I did not want and is the best salesman I have dealt with to date.
