Upon my arriving at the dealership she had the car that I was looking at the night before prepared for a test drive. Stephen was wonderfull, I know that this is going to sound scripted but he is what a sales consultant should be. He found out what I wanted and the went to work on making it happen. The car was exactly as their web site stated and Stephen made sure that everything was in order and ready for us when we arrived. He even made sure that the financially was set - take about drive and sign. I only wish that I didn't live so far away so that I could take advantage of the free oil changes for life benefit. Unfortuneatly an 8 hour drive just to get a free oil change doesn't make sense. Actually I wish that Rosner would buy the Baker Motors Dealership here in Charleston, their customer service is so sub par. If only the mercedes dealer here in town was as helpful! More

When I first found the car on Cars.com, I had no idea how good the car ran or if it looked as good as the pictures showed it did. When I got there, it was *Boba* who test drove the car with me. She was very kind, and wasn't pushy about the car. She really sold me on how the car both felt and looked. When it came time to buy the car, the dealership itself was closed, but Rico had the car and paperwork ready for me even then. You two really helped me when it was hard to find this car at such a solid price. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The staff there are friendly and attentive. Thanks Again! More
