Stephen was wonderfull, I know that this is going to sound scripted but he is what a sales consultant should be. He found out what I wanted and the went to work on making it happen. The car was exactly as their web site stated and Stephen made sure that everything was in order and ready for us when we arrived. He even made sure that the financially was set - take about drive and sign. I only wish that I didn't live so far away so that I could take advantage of the free oil changes for life benefit. Unfortuneatly an 8 hour drive just to get a free oil change doesn't make sense. Actually I wish that Rosner would buy the Baker Motors Dealership here in Charleston, their customer service is so sub par. If only the mercedes dealer here in town was as helpful! More
When I first found the car on Cars.com, I had no idea how good the car ran or if it looked as good as the pictures showed it did. When I got there, it was *Boba* who test drove the car with me. She was very kind, and wasn't pushy about the car. She really sold me on how the car both felt and looked. When it came time to buy the car, the dealership itself was closed, but Rico had the car and paperwork ready for me even then. You two really helped me when it was hard to find this car at such a solid price. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The staff there are friendly and attentive. Thanks Again! More
THE EXPERIENCE MY WIFE AND I HAD AT MERCEDES-BENZ OF FREDERICKSBURG WAS INCREDIBLE. OUR SALESMAN WAS RICO ELLIS. RICO WAS ATTENTIVE AND PATIENT FROM THE BEGINNING. HE UNDERSTOOD OUR SITUATION, WHICH FREDERICKSBURG WAS INCREDIBLE. OUR SALESMAN WAS RICO ELLIS. RICO WAS ATTENTIVE AND PATIENT FROM THE BEGINNING. HE UNDERSTOOD OUR SITUATION, WHICH WAS WE WERE LOOKING AT A NON-MERCEDES USED VEHICLE THEY HAD ON THEIR LOT. RICO JUMPED THROUGH EVERY HOOP AVAILABLE TO MAKE US HAPPY WITH THE CAR AND PURCHASE. THIS WAS BY FAR THE EASIEST VEHICLE PURCHASE WE HAVE EVER MADE. IN FACT, I TOLD RICO I WOULD BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE FROM HIM. Buying a car can be a very exhausting experience. But, this is the best experience I ever had in buying a car. My salesman, Rico Ellis, was very professional. I asked alot of questions, sometimes the same question over and over. He never showed any frustration and exhibited enormous amounts of patience in explaining each step. I was not sure if I wanted to go "all the way" with the purchase. And at one point I told him that I did not want to continue. He was very nice, and accepted my decision which showed true professionalism. I decided to make the purchase and I'm very pleased with the results. I would surely recommend anyone, looking to purchase a vehicle, to visit this dealership. Job Well Done!!! More
Purchased a new GLK a few weeks ago, The dealership was very clean and organized. The sales person "Boba" although a very nice person, really needs to work on "listening" to her customers wants, needs an very clean and organized. Again, very friendly but new to sales, she does what she said she would do and follows up, which is great. Mr. Perez was pretty good, tried of course to really, really short change you on your trade. Overall, honestly tried to make the sale work and did have some sales points to consider and not just talk. You need to go in informed, numbers in hand and with a strong negotiating angle to get the best deal, they will not give it to you. In the end I got a great car at a great price especially after using U.S.A.A care buying service. Now, lets talk about "Amber" in customer service, this women is most likely the greatest service assoicate I have most likely worked with. In fact she is the reason I purchased my car here instead of Arlington MB. After getting my wifes car fixed at FMB I decided to buy myself a new GLK here. She and acutally the entire service dept is just great. However the last thing is they need to find a new front door receptionist which I assume is the same as the phone receptionist, she is rude, short mouthed, not friendly and is the face and voice of the dealership. My first impression was not good and took me a while to get past her. I might of have left just because of her. She is awfull. This is not the first time she has been reviewed poorly. So, there you have it an accurate and fair assessment of this dealership. I will continue to use them for all my service, I would possibly use a different sales person in the future and avoid the front receptionist. More

This is my second new Mercedes purchase due mainly to the sales representative that I have dealt with. Mr. Parker makes the buying experience enjoyable and the finance manager Mr. Perez, made the painful pa sales representative that I have dealt with.
