I would love to give a five star rating however my experience wasn’t as pleasant as I would have expected. My sales associate Antione was great and did his best to accommodate me during the sales proc experience wasn’t as pleasant as I would have expected. My sales associate Antione was great and did his best to accommodate me during the sales process. The entire process took about 3 hours, which I wasn’t thrilled about. In addition to the long wait, I was extremely upset about the financing process. I asked before we started the application if the dealership could beat or match a current 4% rating, I received from Navy Federal Credit Union. Mickey the sales manager informed me he could get me mid 4%. I have Excellent credit and my score is 822. Imagine my surprise when they asked me to sign a contract at 6%! The finance associate, Whitney walked out the room once I informed her that I wasn’t signing a contract with that rate. Mickey returned with a piece of paper showing me the current rate with NFCU, which was still lower than what they offered me. I didn’t feel valued and I didn’t feel heard. More
When I scheduled my B service for my car, knowing that I needed new tires, I asked if they had Pirelli tires in stock, the asst. service mgr. said "yes". After 5 hrs. I paid my bill, walked out to find my needed new tires, I asked if they had Pirelli tires in stock, the asst. service mgr. said "yes". After 5 hrs. I paid my bill, walked out to find my tires were replaced with Michelin. I asked the manager why I didn't get Pirelli, he said "Mercedes always uses Michelin". I bought my Mercedes in Germantown Md with Pirelli tires. I am 61, been driving Mercedes since I was 18. I would have appreciated them telling me they were putting tires that I didn't want on my car before I sat there for so long. I won't be back. Thumbs down for this dealership. Imagine paying $1,300 for no pops that you don't want. More
The entire process was outstanding never any pressure to make any decisions. Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg was very helpful in the purchase of my car. I bought a used C-300 off the lot and the service they provided was good. The car had a few minor defects including a cracked win purchase of my car. I bought a used C-300 off the lot and the service they provided was good. The car had a few minor defects including a cracked windshield, but once they found out about the windshield they were willing to replace it. Another small cosmetic detail, this time on the interior, was the moon roof switch was broken. The dealership promised to send the replacement preside for free, but I have not received it at this point. Overall, I appreciated the willingness of the dealers to work with us on price and Mercedes was a pleasure to work with. I will say we did have to put some pressure on to get the windshield replaced, but they did great work. More

We contacted the dealership through AutoTrader late Sunday evening and had a message back in our inboxes from Antoine the next morning. He provided all the information we needed, and gave us a no pressure purchasing experience. He even stayed late after hours to help us find a car that had all the features and more.
