I made contact through the internet with Marcus Martin and was assigned Carlos Rodriguez for our visit. Mr. Rodriguez is the salesman benchmark. He was very patient throughout the visit and answered all our questions. He made sure we were comfortable with the answers. The final deal was very accommodating. After we agreed on a fair price, the dealer agreed to deliver the vehicle to my home due to my recent operation with no driving order. More

The salesman who helped me, Shawn, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and could answer any question I had. Huber sent a service coupon to me for a car that was sold several years ago; I requested to use it for service on my current Mercedes and Amanda said they could not honor a VIN specific coupon. I then asked if there were any other service coupons available and Amanda annoyingly and shortly indicated that there is a current 10% web discount; I asked to use that and also to have the veteran's discount we have received for our last severaI services applied. Amanda again shortly responded that they will not honor two discounts and that there is only an active duty discount. I pointed out that we had received a veteran's discount for several services, as recently as October 2017. I requested to speak to a manager and Amanda called him on his cell phone but did not allow me to speak to the manager. We will not be returning to Huber. We love the sales staff and Marcus, but will not purchase another Mercedes or service our current cars there any longer. More
Treated like family I recently went in for my second and third car purchase in a few months. Unfortunately, my husband was in a very bad accident and I wanted to make sure he and my kids were driving the safest cars available. Shawn was tremendous in helping me quickly and efficiently find what I needed. The experience was unexpectedly heartwarming. I had worked with Shawn a few months prior to get myself a car. When this happened I contacted him via email and let him know what I needed and why. He not only was very concerned about finding the cars I needed but also very kind and caring about my husband’s health. I cannot day enough good things about Mercedes Fredricksburg, Shawn, Marcus and the whole team. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any car needs. More

I'm very thankful for Teddy. I had been in the market to find a luxury vehicle that fit my style as well as what I wanted to spend. I had researched a couple vehicles at this location online and decided to go ahead and meet with a representative. Upon meeting Teddy, I found him to be very customer friendly, knowledgeable and the consummate professional. I test drove 3 vehicles with Teddy and he was very patient with me as I was a bit indecisive as to how I wanted to proceed. Teddy provided me with all the details about the car(s) as well as gave me some rather interesting history about Mercedes-Benz in general for which I truly appreciated. Ultimately, I purchased my dream car and am truly excited! Thank you Mr Teddy. Your patience as well as superlative customer service with me through this process was one of kind! More

Mr Teddy Parker contacted me from the dealership and his salesmanship was par none. He was pushy or insistent on my purchasing of the vehicle but he did provide me with the information on the vehicle such as CAR Fax report, Vehicle history and all of the essential items needed to make the decision on purchasing of the vehicle. Now days you don’t receive this type of Customer Service and when I did I had to stop and recognize Mr Parker’s salesmanship. “Great job Mr Parker!” and OUTSTANDING dealership Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg, VA. Better off buying elsewhere. This is the worst MB dealer I think I've ever encountered. The lobby is nice and clean, everything is really polished nicely, but that's where the good part ends. First off, they advertise no hassle pricing. I guess this translates to "pay full sticker, and there won't be any hassles". I refused to pay full sticker, and left the dealership. 4 days later they called me and did in fact reduce the price $2,000. I should of realized at that point they were unprincipled, but like a fool, I was lured in by the attraction of a deal. It took them nearly 3 months to transfer my tag. They screwed up my insurance information, and sold my personal information to a 3rd party marketing firm.............But that's not where the fun ends folks. 4 months after the sale of my BRAND NEW AMG63,(that I still feel I paid too much for), they wanted to charge me for factory service recall work. Their explanation was that the factory didn't pay them enough to do it. This kind of behavior is more consistent with a buy here pay here than it is for a Mercedes dealership. #wontmakethatmistakeagain. More
