STANLEYS CAR responded

We wanted to pay cash but they couldnt hold the car for 2 days. We offered a $1,000.00 non refundable deposit. We had to set up a loan in order to hold the car for 2 days. The loan process waiting took about 4 hours. We were told we could go on Friday to the bank and pay it off with no penalty. Real joke. We were calling the bank everyday to pay it off and low and behold we got the finance paperwork in the mail a month later and it cost us a whole months interest. Next thing they said the car would be covered by the existing warranty but the only thing covered was the emissions so we had to buy an extended warranty. They put 4 new tires on it because they were all wore out when we got there. They came back and said they were putting new tires on it. We drove it to S.C. First trip in the car. When you get up to about 60-65 miles an hour the right rear tire had over 10 ounces of weight. I have been a mechanic for Chrysler 38 years and a good one. The tires werent balanced. We took it to the car shop next door to us and they literally laughed. Not only this they are a tire company and laughed at the cheap tires that you guys put on it. We paided $28,000 for a car and you guys put $100 tires on it. They had never even heard of them before. Then they said we would get a letter in the mail saying it was paid and we would need to take the paper to DMV to get a title. Went there today and she said it had already been processed and was on its way to us. Thank goodness it would have cost me another $15.00. The sales rep was super nice but i need service.
