Marco Kuemmerle has made the last year and a half of my life a nightmare. I have been deceived into purchasing something unusable, that has sat in the exact shop that Mercedes directly advised me to use fo life a nightmare. Unable to even put 10,000 miles on the purchased vehicle. This experience is truly hearbreaking and continuing to ruin my life. I wish somebody here could do anything to make this right. Marco sold me a vehicle that was advertised as only having cosmetic damage. However, The team at Mercedes actually in fact sold me a vehicle with numerous substantial hardware faults. Leading to transmission and transfer case failure. They sold me a "bumper to bumper warranty" that fails to comply to this as per the warranty company themselves. I paid the dealership well, and paid off the worthless vehicle that they refuse to cover. Now owning nothing of value due to neglegence of someone. Truly horrible service, and frankly Marko deceived me and my family. Disgusting behavior. I just wish someone would be honest and make things right. The deception from someone involved in this is scarily malicious. I truly pray for anybody in my position. It's horrifying and unfair to a fair customer. Additionally, my hardship is compounded. I live remote. My nearest opportunity to acquire groceries is Sheridan WY at 30 miles one way. And I have been without any vehicle to acquire groceries and amenities in the nearest community. Leaving me stranded out here, just as the winter is approaching where I may end up stranded for periods of time without the option to move as a result of this. I already have been unable to commute to town as of approximately August 23rd. With no solution in sight. More

A 2020 model was purchased, with delivery by the dealership to WA State. Within a day or two of delivery, we noted many unusual rattles. The vehicle was taken to an independent auto shop and they id dealership to WA State. Within a day or two of delivery, we noted many unusual rattles. The vehicle was taken to an independent auto shop and they identified numerous indentations on the underbody, and a tire severely damage. I reported this to Bill Kinlaw, the manager and he claimed the vehicle had been inspected and that it was in great shape. I further found that the wheel was damaged, and the car was delivered with only one key, no operating manual and was missing the wheel lug key. The dealership has offered no explanation or satisfactory resolution. I certainly would not purchase from this deanship again More

My experience here is rather unusual. I purchased a car to be delivered to California from our salesman Benjamin Koerper. Ben is a very fair and friendly gentleman. Terrible storms were in the mid-west and no carrier was interested in taking the delivery contract. He tried for several weeks and finally the car was picked up and delivered. Upon delivery, it was obvious that the delivery company had driven and seriously damaged the car. It took a couple of months working with Ben, Bill Kinlaw and Christopher Wood of MB of Billings. Ultimately, they refunded the amount that I paid and picked up the vehicle. Most 5 star reviews are based upon satisfaction with the product and vendor. In my case, it's not possible to say that I was satisfied with the product, as I don't have it. I'm certainly dissatisfied with the transportation company, who acted criminally in their care for the car, but I'm totally satisfied with the service and assistance that was presented by the people at Mercedes Benz of Billings. I would buy from them and I appreciate that they acted properly while in a most adverse situation. More
