John was patient in answering my every question and was most concerned with what would be best for my family. The leasing process itself was handled very professionally. I was given the opportunity to take numerous test drives before deciding on the car. I don't live or work in Manhattan but I will continue to lease from this dealership because of John Hart. He made the process to lease seamless and even drove my car to me at the time of of purchase and returned my old lease. Extremely helpful when you have little ones! The Height Of Arrogance! SHOCKED at this dealership. I have been a long standing, loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz. As I have been working in NYC for the past year, I wanted to form a relationship with th I have been a long standing, loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz. As I have been working in NYC for the past year, I wanted to form a relationship with this dealership, and have some minor service done to my car, and speak to a salesperson about getting into a new one in a few months. All I can say is, I walked into the dealership, and for an unbelievable 'FORTY FIVE' minutes not ONE employee asked if I needed help, not one! It was not as if I was huddled in a corner, but for sure it seems to have been my poor choice of attire (flip flops, and t-shirt). I can assure you, if I was dressed to the nines I would have be greeted much differently, and in a professional manner. The big apple sure took a chunk out of this loyal customer. This dealership should be ashamed of itself!! This is a futile exercise in complaining, as I'm sure they could not care less as demonstrated by their recent actions towards me, or lack of it!! More

John Hart of Mercedes Benz Manhattan A little over two years ago, my husband and I were considering the purchase of a Certified Pre-owned Mercedes Benz. We needed to be educated ab A little over two years ago, my husband and I were considering the purchase of a Certified Pre-owned Mercedes Benz. We needed to be educated about these cars, as we had always bought new American-made cars in the past. John Hart spent hours with us, explaining all aspects that we needed to consider, the pros and cons of each model available in our price range, and the amenities that come with owning a Mercedes Benz. We were impressed by John's honest and "no pressure" approach. That same night, we purchased an E350 and soon learned that John Hart's word was as good as gold. He told us that when the car needed servicing, a loaner car would be dropped off. Little did we expect that John himself would come to our home and make the switch. There were times when we called John with questions about certain features of our car, and John would return our calls almost immediately to explain what we didn't understand. In addition, we called John when we blew a tire after hitting a pothole, and he called Roadside Assistance for us and continued to check, making sure that we were attended to in a timely fashion. Bottom line, we value and trust John Hart so much that last September, we returned to Manhattan Mercedes Benz and purchased another car, an E550, from him. Now, we have "his and her" Mercedes Benzes, and a good friend in John Hart. More
