Prior to meeting Mr. Howell we visited seven different Mercedes dealerships, talking to numerous sales associates. Not one associate could meet the level of understanding, compassion, and expertise that Mr. Howell portrayed. Since 2008 we have had four individual leases with Mercedes and each one was prepared by Mr. Howell who consistently maintained a level of professionalism and sensitivity that no one could surpass.
