Service terrible Called service to say my front bumper was loose on both sides. They said bring it in and they looked at it. It was in worse shape when I got it back. Called service to say my front bumper was loose on both sides. They said bring it in and they looked at it. It was in worse shape when I got it back. I was then told to take it to Nissan Bedford as they have a body shop. I was informed I would have to pay for it. I let them know I would not pay for a body shop and it was in worse shape when they gave it back. They called me to have me bring it back in. No thanks! So with this, the salesman who I thought would help out didn't so I would not recommend Mentor Nissan for sales or service. I have a hissing sound from the back when I put the seats down..I will live with it, the backseat on passenger side is loose...I will live with it. When I get to a point that I can unload, I will and will not but from Mentor Nissan. This has been by far the worst experience I've had and I have had many cars in my life. More

I also asked if they could check the tire pressure because the warning light was on. They didn't bat an eye. Everything was completed in just about 30 minutes. Buying from this dealership was a God send!!! More

Outstanding as usual ! I have a Dodge caravan and drive past the local Dodge dealer to have Mentor Nissan do my oil changes.
