Had a flat tire and it could not be fixed. Tire was replaced I brought my new car into the dealership as I had a flat tire the previous day and had a donut on the car. Your kidding right Went on a Saturday to purchase a car, when we started it up it was hesitant but we figured it was because it was sitting to long. Loved the car. So I was concerned. Had my mechanic come up and do a test on the battery, their own service guy came out and tested it and it showed it was a good battery but it had no charge. So with that in mind, that means....ta da...the battery will die very soon. I asked if they would replace the battery they came back and said NO. I asked to have them take off money off the car, again NO. They told me they would jump it for me. Seriously! You've got to be kidding me. I could not believe it. The sales man was so awesome, he told me that after I buy it he would follow me to the parts store and personal buy me one with his own money. I told him no way, I wouldnt believe the HORRIBLE customer service. So then we talked to the finance guy and the only thing this guy cared about was selling us $2000 in gap insurance and extra warranty. It was so unbelievealbe. NEVER will I ever forget how I was treated. More

They went the extra mile. I wanted new headlamp covers for my 2008 Toyota Solara. The ones I had were very cloudy. Always happy with the work, although they can be pricey. It was raining, but they washed my car anyway to get the salt off. All service reps are friendly and will go the extra mile to accommodate me.
