I scheduled an appointment and was delayed, but met with sincere warmth and enthusiasm. During the test drive I asked Anthony how long I had in order for my mechanic to inspect the vehicle, and he suggested that a Pre-Purchase Inspection was welcomed. He even volunteered to arrive at work two hours early because my mechanic shop would open at 7:00 am which was prior to his start time! I saw David on site throughout the time I spent, on the lot and in the service and sales areas, before I realized that he was management. When I stopped to thank him for the Membercar experience, he was truly engaging and informative. While working with Anthony on my purchase paperwork, I observed David speak with several other prospective buyers, and provide care and concern in wanting to assist a recent customer on the phone with Jordan whose car was totalled. Anthony, Maddie and Jordan worked as a tag-team and all three appeared familiar with the status of several clients. When I left as a more than satisfied buyer, I told them that it would not be the last car I'd be buying at Membercar. More

Found the car I wanted to & shortly I was dealing with the owner David. Test drove the car & bought the car. The staff was fast to process my loan & get me on the road.
