Even after 4 tries, no return phone call. On top of all that they never called me to come pick up my tags which I had to track down. I would never buy from that dealership again. More

Prices were reasonable and there was no attempt at an "up sell." We got a 2015 Kia Forte at a fair price. I highly recommend Member Cars. Everybody talked to you like you were a person, not a sale. My husband had purchased a vehicle from Membercar early this year, had a great experience, and suggested we go look at the inventory to see if she could find something in her price range. (He had worked with David Waghelstein.) She found a 2012 Kia Rio XL for a very reasonable price, test drove it, and decided it was the car for her. Her salesman was John Karayianis, and he was very patient with this first time buyer. Carl Barthman was helpful preparing the car loan information, and he made sure she received the best interest rate. Justin also helped with the process. Based upon my husband's and daughter's satisfaction with their car buying experience, I would strongly recommend Membercar. More

My Purchase of a Used 2013 Nissan Maxima MemberCar, Inc. is fantastic. I visited MemberCar for the first time on March 1, 2015 to look at a used Nissan Maxima SV. It was better than describ MemberCar, Inc. is fantastic. I visited MemberCar for the first time on March 1, 2015 to look at a used Nissan Maxima SV. It was better than described on the internet. The car was immaculate inside and out. It performed like a brand new car. It had no blemishes or other issues. I couldn't believe that they were selling this car for the asking price of $24,800.00. I figured that they would try to low ball me like most dealers do on the trade-in. Carl Barthman, Sales Manager, took my 2008 Honda Accord EX-L for a drive and came back and offered me a very fair price for it. There was no need to haggle. I was actually shocked that he offered me above blue book without a fight. Well, to make a long story short, I'm in my second week with my new Maxima and I still am happy with my decision. I have owned two Infiniti automobiles in the last thirteen years and the Maxima rides as quiet or quieter and it has a lot more gadgets. I'm in love with the heated steering wheel, Bose sound system and navigation. I found the original owner's name and address in the Navigation system. They had forgotten to delete their personal data before trading it in. I took the liberty to track this person down to ask about the car as I was curious how I got a $42,000 car for $24,800 with only 10,200 miles on it. I thought that there might be something wrong with it that I haven't figured out. I spoke with the lady who owned it and she said she only drove it for six months when she had to have neck surgery. After the surgery her vertebrae was to sensitive and it hurt her with the stiff suspension of the sporty Maxima. She had to trade it in for a softer ride. This confirmed in my mind that I bought the right car. All worries or potential concerns went out the window at that point. It gives me great pleasure to recommend MemberCar, Inc. You will find the staff very courteous and professional and respectful of your time and intelligence. More

I visited the dealership on a Saturday and by the following Monday, I owned the car. Upon reading reviews ahead of time and arriving to the location, I was slightly skeptical because of casual-like, lax environment and "less-typical" look of the dealership. The only dealerships I had ever visited were fancy, full of suited-up and intimidating salesmen. I met with Carl, initially, who ended up selling me the car. Throughout the process, (which took three days only because I visited late afternoon on a Saturday and the banks were not fully functioning until Monday), I also worked with Robbie, Mike and met the owner, David. All gentlemen were professional, kind, knowledgable and flexible on my requests/questions. Carl was speedy and ensured all my requests would be fulfilled on the Monday that I bought the car. The only negative remarks I have about the process is the failure to prepare my car for selling upon my arrival on the Monday I bought the car. The guys knew when I would arrive around 11:30am and as I arrived, the car still had not been cleaned, the easy paint work that I requested was still drying and the second key to my car still had not been made, in-fact, the crew to make the key hadn't even arrived yet. At this point, I didn't think much of it, because I still had to purchase the car and fill out all my paperwork. After fling out all my paperwork, about an hour and a half process, the guy to make my second car key had not yet arrived so my boyfriend and I agreed we would go to lunch for the next two hours and come back to pick up the car. Upon returning from lunch around 3:30pm, the guy to make a double car key STILL had not arrived! I was annoyed because all of this should have been handled upon my morning arrival. The key was made at about 4pm and I left the dealership shortly thereafter. This caused me to catch traffic on my way back home… All in all, I give this experience four stars. Excellent customer service and a minor issue with timing and preparedness. I recommend this dealership because the prices seem fair, the cars appear reliable (so far) and the service is easy to deal with and entirely stress free. I never felt pressured to make any decisions. The preparedness factor is minor in my opinion because these guys are no fancy salesmen, but they do honor their customers and come through with what they say they'll do. More

The experience was completely seamless without any haggling or "Oh, by the way..." that I've experienced at other dealerships. They've earned a customer for life! More
