Every associate from the owner to technicians and sales staff greeted me with smiles and a genuine, warm reception. They were glad I choose to spend my time and consider making a purchase with them. My experience continued to improve as my sales person, Anthony Paz, took the time to come with me during my car test rides and answer questions I might have about the vehicles. At other dealerships I have been to the approach was the sales staff automatically went with you on test drives as they wanted to secure the safety of the vehicle before the purchase was made. It was not at all about taking the time to answer questions and point out details on the car and its' function. Member Car trusts the client to responsibly test drive the vehicle alone. That increased my trust in the company and staff. Further, Anthony sought a lower financing option for me than the first one that was presented. He also offered gas cards to me upon purchase of the vehicle as it was almost out of gas. In addition, the dealership offers free breakfast and car washes for the lifetime of my car ownership as well as a discount on potential car repairs should I need them in the future and have repairs done at Member Car! Curteousy, respect, patience and transparency are the words that I would use to sum up my car buying experience. After making my purchase I left feeling like I had made the RIGHT decision in the car purchase I made and the dealership I sought. It was as if I had been accepted into a new "family" whose mind was all about making sure the experience was satisfactory. Good experience Maddie was a very helpful with perching my vehicle. With the test drive I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half witch is not bad at all Maddie was a very helpful with perching my vehicle. I would recommend them to others. The only thing I would say could be better is vehicle with over 100 K have no warranty. I would have like to see at least two weeks one thousand mile warranty. Something to let me know you stand behind your vehicles. So far I have driven my truck 120 miles with no issues. More
