She was up-to-date with the condition of the truck, and the repairs that had been done on it since they had had it. They do have a service bay at the dealership. And, she shared some pictures which she had taken while it was on the lift, for a better view of the frame and underside. Financing was quick and easy, with a very competitive interest rate. Maddie tried a few options, to get as close to my payment preferences as possible. The truck I got is 13 years old, but she was also able to get me into a 36-month/40,000mile warranty for what I consider to be a fair price. I have nothing bad to say.
