Make sure you check your engine oil after a service! !! We just discovered that our oil is very very tar black after only driving less than 5000 miles. Diesels are supposed to go 10,000. We also discovered that the oil plug is stripped!! So no wonder the oil is tar black!!! I paid almost $900. For a full service and got Ripped off!!! More
After hitting a tire on the highway about 100 miles east of Albuquerque, we limped into Melloy Nissan right at closing time. Service put it up on the hoist and checked for damage underneath. They punched out the giant dent in the grill, replaced a bunch of fasteners that had shaken loose and had us back on the road in about an hour. Wonderful work; we were so happy. Many thanks guys! I agreed with the man for a 48 month term and somehow ended up signing a 72 month one- I am spectrum autist and was completely shook during the purchase of my vehicle and they knew it- i explained to them that I am spectrum and THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF IT! Im paying about 18k more than i THOUGH i agreed too.... The guy in finance actually said the words (48 months otherwise your just paying on it forever and I AGREED! yet signed a 72 month that i SWEAR he said 48 as we read over it- As well as the fact i was insulted by an employee over my credit rating- the whole experience was traumatizing- and when I asked the guy i bought if from (Moses) about the tire swap- he just laughed at me... I also asked them if someone could go over the workings of the car and they said they didnt have time... More

Bought a 2021 Rogue at Reliable Nissan and could not get any help regarding a engine light that came on. Walked in to Melloy Nissan and talked to Chris Bouldin the service advisor at Melloy and he took care any help regarding a engine light that came on. He was professional and willing to help out with the problems. He is a asset to the company. Need more people like him for sure. Service is horrible. You cannot make an appointment anymore and expect to get your car serviced at the appointed time. They just say that they'll "do the best they can" to get your car serviced sometim anymore and expect to get your car serviced at the appointed time. They just say that they'll "do the best they can" to get your car serviced sometime that day! The last time I went in with a 10:00 appt. for a 55,000 mile service and oil change and they kept me waiting for an hour before bringing my car in, then another hour and a half before bringing my car out WITHOUT the 55,000 service being done - just the oil change! "SORRY, WE ARE AWFULLY BUSY" was their answer. Funny, they used to be good and prompt. Not anymore. Something changed. I'm never going back there. More
