This has been by my best car buying experience yet. I had a few things I needed to have done to my car and the staff at Nissan has been extremely helpful and great to work with. She has paid off her vehicle and the dealership continues to call her to see how her car is doing. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?????? Her comments confirmed my opinion of Melloy Nissan. I was given a rental for the days my car needed service and I am extremely happy with the overall experience. Sunshine, Jairo, Ross, and Chris have been wonderful to work with. This dealer didnt want to listen to what I wanted in a car. They stated that they would get me the exact car I wanted but needed to hold a credit card payment for when they actually found that car. When I checked my bank account it showed that they charged the payment right then and there. The sales associate assured me that they werent going to do that. After two weeks it had taken me five phone calls and me asking for the general manager before they reversed the payment. All they talked about was getting me to come into the store, once I was there their sales manager put pressure on me to buy and showed me a credit report far lower then any of the three agencies were currently reporting. I had just left the other Nissan dealer in town and they had shown me the right score and therefore offered me a lower quote. More
