Every time, and I mean every time, I have gone in for service, there is a friendly greeting and I am called by my name. Mr. Benson has more interest in his clients than in making a buck for himself or Nissan. He did everything possible to make our purchase at Melloy Nissan a happy one. We were met in the parking lot by our Salesman, Miguel Diaz, and his supervisor, Paul Chandhok, because we had called prior to coming down. We have bought two previous vehicles at Melloy Nissan and were very pleased with their courtesy and professionalism. However, our previous salesman had died and so we were delivered into the hands of Miguel Diaz. Miguel did above and beyond what was expected of him and has the patience of a Saint! Mr. Paul Chandhok was constantly checking in on us to see if we were being taken care of and if we needed anything while we waited. This is my husband and my second Nissan purchase each. We couldn't be happier with our 'team' at Melloy Nissan. We will continue to purchase our cars from them! You won't be diappointed! More

I know the way car dealerships generally work. They won't let you leave. You have to talk to the manager. Well, this actually isn't true after we visited a few smaller dealerships that were a lot more respec let you leave. You have to talk to the manager. Anyways, their behavior wasn't super surprising given the size of the dealership. However, we tried for a very long time to get out of this place, the used car manager would not let us leave and basically thought we were stupid, and tried to convince us that we wanted something else, although we really clear in what we wanted. I would never ever go here again. The people are not respectful. We visited so many car dealerships in our buying process and the way they treat you here is so far below everywhere else we went. He made it very personable and to my surprise before we signed all the paper work Abdul went above and beyond and took me out to look at the car one more time and asked me if i was happy with it.
