I was greeted promptly upon entering the showroom, a sales associate was promptly summoned. Miguel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He followed the sales process attentively. The car had a full tank of gas when we drove it off. The service department was friendly. They knew what they were to do (program the new keys) thanks to Miguel. The service waiting area was small, but comfortable. MOST importantly, it was dog friendly, so I could wait with my retriever. They finished the job in under 30 minutes. More
