Horrible service I took my 2011 ford edge, which was bought there, to get the touch screen replaced. The software failed and was under an extended warranty. I took 4 one hour long trips to Los Lunas just to finally get it diagnosed and when it was it took another month to get the part in. My health took a turn for the worse a little time before my appointment with them and I couldn't make it. I was able to get another appointment made 9/7/2015, Labor Day. I asked when I made the appointment if they were for sure going to be open, Vince Montoya the service person I had been dealing with said "yes, we'll be here." I drove down to Los Lunas, another hour drive, to find their doors closed to service department and sales only open. Talked to a sales rep that was very sorry for the trouble they caused and that he would tell the general manager and have him call me. That call never happened. Called this morning to talk to Vince again and he put me on hold for 13 minutes before I could even talk to him. When I finally did he wasn't sympathetic at all just simply said "oh yeah, we were closed" ?? spent more time on the phone waiting for him to get his xxxx together I guess and I find out that the part isn't even there. So right now I am waiting for him to call back and let me know when the part will be in and when I can make another appointment to get this fixed. Once this gets fixed I am done going there for anything. They don't know their butt from a hole in the ground, and believe that they aren't at fault for xxxx. My advice to anyone car shopping out there, don't buy a vehicle from them, because when something goes wrong and you need it fixed they'll take their sweet time to do it and most likely will make you come back multiple times. More

Trying to reach some one there is a job by its self, I would leave message after message no return call. It became so bad I would have to take off from work and drive to the dealership which is 22 miles away from my home. Oh!.. and another thing make sure you read over all contracts deals made with you, because if you don't and something happens you will be put in a Trick Bag and everyone will suddenly have THE I DO NOT KNOW SYNDROME. That dealership needs a new owner, Chevy and Ford need to be ashamed they have someone like these people representing there American Name. Shame on you Brad Francis and your staff." I walked into this dealership with Low expectations to getting A vehicle. I was greeted by Fabian Quevedo. I explained to him that I have A repo and low credit rating. Fabian assisted me in looking at the inventory they had and he worked with me to be Able to drive out in A much better and needed vehicle than what I had. I traded my old truck in and put A low Down payment and I drove away with A 2010 Ford Focus. my payment are within my budget and I'm grateful for the assistance I received from Fabian and Brad Francis Ford. I recommend that people go in and check out this dealership and Talk to Fabian. More
Went into the dealer for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Was told that there was a "works" special for 29.95, but for regular oil. Was not told that there was a national campaign for a "works sp rotation. Was told that there was a "works" special for 29.95, but for regular oil. Was not told that there was a national campaign for a "works special with synthetic oil" for 39.95 with a $10.00 rebate. Imagine my surprise when I saw an ad on national TV for the works with synthetic oil, only three days after having the work done. I went online to see how long this special was running and saw that it started on Feb 1 and will run through March. Instead of a net cost of $29.95 plus tax I got to pay $69.61 plus tax. Congrats to you Mr. Dealer, you got me for forty bucks. I guarantee you however, that I won't ever come back into your shop again. Sure I bought my car there, but that won't ever happen again either. Not only that, the oil change, and tire rotation took one hour and forty minutes. Not only did I lose a bunch of time, I also lost $40 of my cash. More
