I came in and began to look at chargers and anthony came up to me and asked if i had any questions, which i did, and he answered all of my questions. He showed me what i really wanted and treated me and my girlfriend with respect. Jesse Sarabia, the sales manager, was also very nice. Him and anthony gave me a great deal and i am very happy with it! I will go to Anthony Jr for every car i buy in the future! I definitely reccommend this dealership!!! More
My family and I came in looking for a new truck I worked with Christopher Winn, who was very knowledgble of the 1500's. He let me drive the smaller V8 and the Hemi. I came into the dealership not knowing a whole lot of the car buying experience. Anthony saw me looking at the 2012 Dodge Chargers. I knew I wanted a well loaded Charger, but what I didn't is all the differe car buying experience. Anthony saw me looking at the 2012 Dodge Chargers. I knew I wanted a well loaded Charger, but what I didn't is all the different styles, motors and options. I test drove 3 different cars that day and I was blown away by the knowledge my salesman had of all different styles and options each one carried. I puchased my vehicle and it's, by far the best vehicle I've ever owned. Melloy Dodge and all its staff was very honest and helpfull. I even walked away with a price after my purchase. Horrible experience! We went to the Melloy on Coors and the entire thing was a sham. We talked numbers and this dealer is one of those who's calculators don't work properly. They tried to include optional services as part of the price. VERY SHADY! Use caution with the "optional gap insurance" being part of the price negotiated on. We did not purchase a vehicle there and will not ever go back. Jesse was uncooperative and insulting. Not the way to do business, but i guess that's why this dealer has an overall rating of 3.8 Go to Larry H Miller, they are helpful and nice, and actually act like they want your business. More

I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours for the whole prosses. This was my first time buying a car and they walked me through evry step. No this dealers service department sucks, I waited 30 minutes for someone to come take my info... Instead some builder shows up while im waiting and he gets VIP service before me .... Talk about great customer service! Josh DiFino was the most knowledgeable salesperson I've ever come across. He was able to talk me out of buying a Ford Mustang and make me understand how much more pract most knowledgeable salesperson I've ever come across. He was able to talk me out of buying a Ford Mustang and make me understand how much more practical a Dodge Charger would benefit my family. He stayed professional throughout the buying process and knee every detail about my new Charger. His manger, Jay Hernandez, has since been very attentive and gone out of his way to provide us with a loaner car, while they installed my CM radio and a few other things I added on. These folks were fantastic to work with straight forward. The saleswoman was name Mimi and her managers name was Matt McCarty! Matt came out to greet us the second Mimi had brought us in the store , and he was very energetic and he was very caring of our needs and wants . Within 40 minutes we had driven the vehicle we had sat back down and gave some of our information within minutes Matt came back out with all of our numbers ! There was no games he showed us savings he should us the rate our bank was offering and he gave us a very good price for our trade in too we were very happy with the deal and then a few days later he personally called and set up our spray in bed liner for us this place has a great team from sales to service to finance and we just were so pleased we are sort of new to this area but rest assure we found our dealership and we will always buy and service our vehicle at Melloy Dodge! More
