Dissapointedly Distressed Ok I had just bought a vehicle from a private party and it broke that same day, I said heck with this and said I wanted to go to a dealership thinking Ok I had just bought a vehicle from a private party and it broke that same day, I said heck with this and said I wanted to go to a dealership thinking they had an obligation to be honest with me. I knew I wanted a jeep, so I went to Brad Francis Jeep. I pulled in wearing my military uniform just getting back from a detail, I got out of my vehicle and started walking around looking at the jeeps, no one even bothered to come talk to me or see if I needed help. After I looked around for a bit I went to them and asked to see a used Jeep, Joey spoke to me and took me to look at the only used jeep they had in. I test drove it and had some concerns, I asked him if it had been pre inspected and Joey said it had and was good to go beside an alignment and a new windshield. I told him I thought the vehicle was in fair condition and offered a fair price he came back and said the vehicle was worth much more, so we negotiated a higher price. I took the vehicle that day and I noticed dash lights on, I looked them up and it had to do with the anti-slip, the alignment on the highway was terrible. so I took it back the second day to address these concerns, i spoke with Steven the finance officer and i shared with him my concerns, he assured me the vehicle was great and that i was getting a great deal. The contract was still in negotiation so he was more concerned on getting a new contract and they asked me to bring the vehicle back two days later. So having the day free i decided to go out for ride with the top down, come to find out a piece of the top was broken. Then to top it off the engine lights go on, so i start looking under the vehicle and see rear differential leaking Upset that im getting ripped off again i took the vehicle back and asked to see the Vehicle inspection report to see when they had done it, come to find out they did it as i was filling out the paperwork the day i bought it. I returned a couple days later and notice they didn't repair the top, i explained i wasn't going to take it till it was complete, i returned the next day still not fixed i explained i didn't want the vehicle, that they weren't honest with me and that i was not comfortable with that vehicle. I explained to them i shouldn't be the one pointing out the defects when they are clearly visible. They pretty much told me it was my problem now and that the vehicle was mine. Now i wouldn't have had such an issue if they wouldn't have played it off as a great vehicle when it is clearly not, they don't disclose all the information or fail to report it. So if your looking for a used vehicle i would stay away from BRAD FRANCIS. The xxxxxxxx didnt even give me floor mats. Hope you made your money on me because i will never spend another dime there. More
