I had been in the market for over a year and couldnt find a good deal locally. I searched a 300 mile radius on the internet and found Brad Francis had the best prices, after a call to the internet sales mana a good deal locally. I searched a 300 mile radius on the internet and found Brad Francis had the best prices, after a call to the internet sales manager David Cervantes a deal sounded possible. My wife and I took a 200 plus trip to Los Lunas and met Mr Cervantes we got a great deal on a 2013 Malibu and a very fair price for my trade in. Our experience was better than expected and well worth the trip. My wife loves her new car, and we have absolutely no buyers remorse, Brand Francis Chevrolet delivered great results and met all our needs. Thank You Brad Francis Chevrolet and David Cervantes. More
Our experience at Brad Francis Chevy was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Kameo was terrific. She knew what we wanted and what kind of payments we needed and gave us everything w experience we have ever had at a dealership. Kameo was terrific. She knew what we wanted and what kind of payments we needed and gave us everything we asked for. She did everything Right. She is not only knowledgeable in her position but she is very friendly and funny. We enjoyed working with her and we hope she is still there when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle many years down the road. Excellent, Terrific, Very Very Friendly, Great team work. Thank you Kameo and Thank you Brad Francis Chevy team. More
When discussing my trade in, I was told that they could not give me the price I wanted because the 4 wheel drive low wasn't working and they were not able to establish a price to repair it. They apparentl not give me the price I wanted because the 4 wheel drive low wasn't working and they were not able to establish a price to repair it. They apparently took my trade into their maintenance people to see how serious the problem was and they were still unable to establish a price to repair the problem. When I left the dealership I was pretty surprised to find out that the 4 wheel drive low worked just fine. I took the truck to a serious hill, put it in 4 wheel low and it walked right up the hill. Subsequently the truck was trouble shot at another Chevrolet dealership and they confirmed there is nothing wrong with my 4 wheel drive. Why did I give them the rating? They are liars. If they will lie about the condition of my trade in, what else are they lying about? This is the reason car salesmen have the reputation they do. Brad Francis Chevrolet has made "slime" an art form. To be fair to the salesman, it was a supervisor who talked to me about the alleged problem with my truck, so I must assume this sort of deceit is a dealership policy. More
I went here to trade my 09 chevy truck for a 13. I sat there for 6 hrs working a deal that was appropriate. $37,000 for a LS silverado. They said they had to ship the truck from Colorado and it would take there for 6 hrs working a deal that was appropriate. $37,000 for a LS silverado. They said they had to ship the truck from Colorado and it would take 2 days. They lent us a new LT version. Seemed good. Salesman said this deal was 100%. We removed our system from our trade and took the other truck. 2 days later I had heard nothing, so I called and all calls were avoided by the salesman. Another 2 days past n I call and ask to speak to the sales mgr. he got on the phone said to come to the office and talk to him. I drove an hr. and when in got there they said hold on n left us waiting for 30 minutes. The mgr brings our old truck up and says "we can't do this deal, we need the other truck back". I said what happen to 100% and how do u give a truck n take it back. They said it was my approvals, I told them I have a credit union n then they offered to help again. I went home and looked at another dealership n found the fully loaded truck $10,000 cheaper. I called my credit union, got the approval and called brad Francis back n told them they r a joke, I pulled the deal, took them the loaner truck n got mine back with 200 more miles on it....really? They didn't own that, why were they driving it? I was still responsible for it. I went to the other dealership n bought my 2013 silverado for $28,000 and it was fully loaded. Had the best service ever!!! Don't go to brad Francis, they r a joke and will rip u off. What a way to blow a sale!!!! More
I knew there was a problem when my keys disappeared, ostensibly they were supposed to be taking my trade-in for a test drive. As time went by I knew it was simply a stall and a method used by this deale ostensibly they were supposed to be taking my trade-in for a test drive. As time went by I knew it was simply a stall and a method used by this dealership to gain control of the process. I was quoted a price for a truck I saw on the internet, that price changed by many thousands of dollars as they attempted to scam the price up. You see they do not place prices on the vehicles exactly so that they can play this game of attempting to extract a higher price from a buyer. In the course of speaking to people, it was obvious that I was not a customer so much as someone who needs to be taken to the cleaners. I overheard a conversation that I was not intended to hear, I demanded my keys and left no longer willing to speak to any of these very poor car salesmen. As well, the dealership is in disrepair, I almost fell as the chair I was sitting in is broken! Luckily I caught myself and I found it strange that none of the employees who saw it happen said a thing, not one single word. Given the manner in which these people seek to do business I would never recommend them to anyone save an enemy. More
