Took my truck in for service and they had it for over 3 months. They claimed it was because GM would not send the parts but apparently GM did not get any requests for the parts until I started filling comp months. Second time they had the truck for over a week and told me three different lies on why my truck was not ready. Come to fined out the diesel mechanic was out and they couldn’t do anything without him. After the issues with the truck and the horrible dealerships that GM has I will never buy another GM product again. More

I was left with 1/2 my income… and a truck that had only 500 miles on it, but I couldnt afford the payment on it… asked Melloy to refund my money, but not a penny was refunded to me, not even the money that my husband paid for additional warranties. Tried to get BBB to help but it didnt help at all.. The bank that had the loan told me the dealership could refund almost all of the money if they wanted to.. obviously it’s more important to them to keep my money than get a good reputation, so here is your score for today 0, no heart or compassion all about making a buck.. so sorry my husband trusted you. More

I called Melloy Chevrolet of Los Lunas and asked to be wait-listed to have my 2023 Duramax 1500 reviewed for a necessary SW update for DEF level not updating before going on a 1100 drive to another state. The person on the phone made every excuse to not allow me to drop it off a week before I left to have the SW updated. They acknowledged that there was a factory recommended update but they could not allow me to drop off the truck because everyone else was scheduled and there was never any time for diesel work. Everyone in the state was backed up 2 to 3 weeks. I called a different Chevy dealership. They let me drop it off and called me two days later that the issue was corrected and that there was no charge to me. They wished me a safe trip. Melloy is just the new name for the Brad Francis dealership that took lots of loans of federal COVID loans out for employees they didn't have under multiple business names. Same businesses and same bad service. I should have known better when I called. More

But was treated smuggle and it just didn't matter if I was there or not. I would of rather had a root canal... Really. I'm Talking about the service department. I brought my truck in about a recall. He was unprofessional and it seemed like he didn't understand the process. I wish I could remember his name. I wanted to get the truck serviced also. Change the oil in the motor and transmission and do the 100.000 service.. I was ready to spend about $1,000 to get everything up to speed and it was due. But after this gentlemans attitude. I wouldn't ever go back. Maybe it was because I was a girl that he tried to over talk me. Talk to me in circles and then try to sell me something that I didn't even need. The estimate was ridiculous and HE was just a jerk. I knew what i wanted him to do with the truck, but he just felt shady and like i was wasting his time. In short. I wouldn't go back due to the attitude this guy had and the coldness that he showed. If you do go there, beware and you might want a second option, if you can get through the rudeness and snarkness. More

After two hours I left because they did not wish to honor their words and continued to attempt to up sale. Don't waste your time here. The sales reps looked and dressed as street venders. It's now January and they still have not paid the loan for the lease they bought me out of, which puts them in breach of contract and threatens my credit - leaving me with two loans and just one car. Getting a hold of someone to fix a problem is very difficult. Last month they told me there was something wrong with my contract and that I had to drive an hour and a half down to fix their error (since when does the dealership demand that the customer drive out of her way to fix THEIR mistake?). It took days of unreturned phone calls to resolve the issue. Stay far away from this dealership. More

Brad Francis Chevrolet was one of the dealerships that was offered the chance to fulfill my request. Rick Tellefson has been sending marketing messages to this unique e-mail address on a monthly basis. I have sent replies asking to be removed from their mailing lists. The requests have not been acknowledged, and I continue to receive unwanted pitches. If they won't take care of a simple request to take you off their marketing lists, imagine how you'll be treated in person! More
