Very dissatisfied customer!! My vehicle was towed to Bennettsville Ford about 1-3 days before the appointment and it sat there for approximately 1 week from that day just to find My vehicle was towed to Bennettsville Ford about 1-3 days before the appointment and it sat there for approximately 1 week from that day just to find out that they were unable to diagnose and fix my vehicle. They gave me the run around up until my husband and I went up there. I requested the GM numerous times and have yet to speak with him. They towed my vehicle to Darlington Ford, on their expense; which they diagnosed my vehicle as soon as they got it. However I still have to wait because the part is on back order. Bennettsville Ford left me with a tow bill of $250, because they never did any work or called in a claim for my coverage company to cover. So I've been without a vehicle for about 2 weeks. It's so sad that a business motto would be to serve and press to satisfy customers, and customers actually leave worse off than before. I don't know if it's everyone but I can say one guy (Mr. Ronnie) he laid it flat after we went up there and we came to a conclusion to forward our vehicle elsewhere. But I am a very dissatisfied customer!!! Corporate needs to know what is going on!!!!!!!!😠😡 More
