I have lived in Medway for 25 years and passed by Medway Imports many times without stopping. I found myself looking for a car quickly and took a look at the web site. A 2002 BMW 530i caught my eye. I knew Imports many times without stopping. I found myself looking for a car quickly and took a look at the web site. A 2002 BMW 530i caught my eye. I knew from family members it was a great car and priced right. I stopped in and Barry was great no pressure, allowed me to take the car out by myself for much longer than any dealer in my previous experience. He was fine with me thinking about it and in a couple of days I decided to move forward. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have had my share. There were a few minor issues with a check engine light that Barry and his staff have gone out of their way to service at no charge. Additionally, I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant that my daughter drives. It broke down in Providence and was fixed by a well respected group down there. The car needed a new battery and alternator. When I got it how it failed. The Providence based group would not help and told me to junk the car. Barry said he would look at it. I had it towed to Medway Imports and in one day he replaced a bad alternator and wire. The car is back and working as a backup car. Barry saved me the purchase of another new car and fixed it right the first time. I could not be happier with the BMW and the service and support on both cars. Both Barry and his staff are the best people I have dealt with in the automotive business. I will purchase my next car from him, continue to have mine serviced by him and encourage anyone to stop in and experience what it should be like to purchase a car. More

I took my Mercedes to Barry at Medway Imports for an overall Certified Vehicle Inspection where the mechanics did a thorough inspection of my prospective buy and returned to me a list of what work needed to be done. Furthermore, Barry, the owner himself, sat down with me and prioritized what work needed to be done immediately as opposed to further down the road. His honest, professional opinion was highly appreciated. Most recently, the Mercedes needed a new catalytic converter and an oil change with which I trusted Barry to take care of. The work was done on time and I am no longer bothered by the constant rattling noise which has gotten progressively worse over the past few days. A job well done with a total invoice quoted even less than was first projected! Medway Imports went the extra mile and topped off courteous service with a complimentary car wash after the job was done. I chose to email Barry because he had an '05 Audi Allroad and I was looking to trade a late model Mazda CX9. He gave me a ballpark for my trade sight unseen and ended up offering me $1k less upon inspection and I was looking to trade a late model Mazda CX9. He respected my wish to communicate via email which I really appreciated and he gave me a ballpark on my trade which gave me reason to drive from North Andover to Medway. Upon arrival I was given the keys and sent on my way for a test drive. The car was and still is in very good shape. Barry had done much of the preventative maintenance on the car (Timing belt, brakes, tires, water pump, etc.) which made buying a car with 80K miles a little more attractive. Shortly after taking delivery one of the headlights started building up moisture which Barry fixed free of charge. Price for my CX9 was market +/- and the only reason I didn't rate price "great" was that while a lot of work had been done to the car Barry was looking to get retail "credit" for parts and labor as part of the negotiation. If in two years a turbo hasn't blown or an airbag hasn't needed to be replaced I will amend my price evaluation. In all seriousness I know that these are the risks of an allroad high or low mileage. Barry's dealership has no control over the longevity of those parts. If when looking to replace the allroad Barry has what I'm looking for or we can broke a deal on a car he searches out at auction I would do business with him again. He now does business in a facility that better represents the type of cars he sells which pretty darn cool. I am very picky and demanding and I would venture to say there are no fewer than 10 cars on his lot that I would pick as a daily driver. More
