From the very moment I sat down with the first representative back three years ago to the sales manager from whom I bought the car last week, the whole process has been effortless and required nothing on my part but to read and sign. ALL of the mployees at this Medford dealership, from sales, to management, to the quick lane mechanics are five star employees. With this dealrship it's all about customer service and making our experience leasing or purchasing or maintenancing our vehicles a highly positive and accomodating one. They are quick amd knowledgable and happy to explain in detail any questions we, the buyers may have. I have been going to this dealership for three years now for quick lane service as well and they are exceptional regarding wait time, performance and customer orientation. Just on a whim I stopped in and told the salesman what I was looking for. He mentioned a trade had JUST come in and it might be something I was interested in as I was not looking to spend a fortune. The car rolled out, and it was super clean and you could tell it had been taken care of..They got the car ready for me to test drive then next day, and I walked out of there with a great car at a fair price. No dealer fees!!!..the price of the car, plus tax and title are all you pay here..the place is worth a look. More

Outstanding customer service I have purchased two vehicles from Medford Ford. I ran into a couple service issues I needed completed and each and every time Tim and his staff went I have purchased two vehicles from Medford Ford. INCOMPETENT STAFF Worst service ever from a dealership and I have owned over 20 new cars in my lifetime. My New 2016 Mustang with 4k of miles on it had a bumper issue t Worst service ever from a dealership and I have owned over 20 new cars in my lifetime. My New 2016 Mustang with 4k of miles on it had a bumper issue that needed to be adjusted because the gap was off meeting the body of the car. They claimed the car was hit or had prior damage and they were not going to touch the car, so I went and inspected the car and could not find any evidence of any repair or damage as he stated. I spoke to the manager about my concerns and showed him the car was never hit nor had it ever had any bodywork done to it. He then stated to me that he made a mistake. (That's a big mistake don't you think?) Now he agreed to fix the bumper but after them had it for a week and I returned to pick up the car the bumper was worse and now is bowing and sticking out of the fender along with scratches around the taillight. I show the manager the damage they caused and they claimed they never touch the car. They had the car for a week and never repaired the car; in fact, they made it worse. I took the car to another Ford dealer who fixed the car and told me they don't know what the other dealer was talking about and after 1 day they had fixed the car and properly. I cannot figure Medford Ford out, what kind of mechanics do they have working for them? More
Excellent experience I was at Medford Ford to talk to someone about the possibility of turning in my very old car for a newer, better one. I was feeling quite anxious, as I was at Medford Ford to talk to someone about the possibility of turning in my very old car for a newer, better one. I was feeling quite anxious, as I'm a 70 year-old woman, retired, and I had not bought a car for many, many years. However, when the salesman, William Herschell, came over and reached out his hand, I began to feel a little better. After our conversation began I truly did begin to relax. He seemed to know exactly what I needed and he assured me he would do all he could to find something for me and help me along with the process. He was friendly, kind, understanding and extremely knowledgable. Did I mention that he has the patience of Job? When I left Medford Ford in my new little red car, I still felt a bit anxious (this is a big deal!) but I remembered Bill said I could call him with any questions I had. I'm very grateful that he was there to help me. More
