Went to purchase a later model pre-owned vehicle. The one that fit my criteria was FILTHY. The employee found the previous owner's DVD player in the trunk, popcorn was on the floor, the seats were stained an that fit my criteria was FILTHY. The employee found the previous owner's DVD player in the trunk, popcorn was on the floor, the seats were stained and it smelled. They explained that they don't bother to detail it until after a deal is made...WHAT? That's like showing a house with dirty diapers strewn on the floor. Seriously, who does that? The Carfax showed that they have had the car on their lot for four months so it's not like they didn't have time to detail it. Silly me for thinking that I'd be able to make a deal and take the car home the same day. Suffice to say, we went home without the car & showered. More
I went looking for a used vehicle. My sales guy was friendly but not very helpful or informative. I test drove two Camrys. Both I was told had "just come in" and they hadn't yet cleaned them. One had french fries under the seat and stains on the seats. The other had a half-eaten container of yogurt in it. Before test driving one car I was told to drive to the gas station to fill up first. To find the second car, I drove around the lot in the first car while the sales guy had keys out the window pressing the panic button. He said they didn't have any sort of grid or map to keep track of the vehicle locations. When I asked about the vehicles he had available on the lot he retrieved the inventory list and handed it to me and said you can take a look at what we have. He had also mentioned they had "a lot" of Corrollas (since I was also interested in those). But after looking at his inventory list myself, I discovered he only had one. Totally unimpressed by their service. More
